제목 Non-phthalate plasticizer obtained from camphor for flexible PVC materials.
초록 Bio-based plasticizer, CDO, was designed to replace the traditional phthalate-based plasticizer. The structure of CDO was analyzed by FT-IR and 1H-NMR. The character of CDO as a plasticizer in PVC was evaluate through thermal and mechanical analysis and was compared with the character of dioctylphthalate(DOP). CDO was thermally stable up to 245℃ and showed good strength and flexibility with high Tg, which was derived from its rigid and bulky structure. And also CDO exhibited excellent migration resistance in many solvents because it is entangled with the polymer chain. This study proved that CDO is applied to flexible PVC at relatively high temperature and expects to expand the range of PVC applications through enhanced migration resistance.
