Mitochondrial target diselenide polymer dot for fluorescence on/off system and treatment of cancer cells |
초록 |
We developed a ROS- and GSH-responsive polymer dot-based drug delivery system with mitochondrial targeting capability for cancer diagnosis and treatment. PD-TPP cross-linked with diselenide bonds allows PTX to be stably loaded, and can trigger PTX emission by controlling cleavage of the diselenide bond in the presence of H2O2 and GSH. Furthermore, conjugated TPP may be a potential strategy to increase the therapeutic efficacy of anticancer drugs and minimize the side effects by allowing PTX release from the mitochondria of cancer cells due to their specific targeting.
