Organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) are expanding the market of a display. High resolution technologies in OLED are as important as in LCD. In this study, we investigated OLED performance using fluorinated photoresist (PR) as various hole transport layer materials. The green phosphorescent OLEDs were tested for the following device structure: ITO / HATCN / NPB / HTL2 / CBP : Ir(ppy)2acac / TPBi / LiF / Al / Ag. The photoresist materials were coated on the HTL2 and developed. HTL materials are tris(4-carbazoyl-9-ylphenyl)amine (TCTA), N4,N4′-bis(dibenzo[b,d]thiophen-4-yl)-N4,N4′-diphenylbiphenyl-4,4′-diamine (DBTPB) and N4,N4,N4′,N4′-tetra(biphenyl-4-yl)biphenyl-4,4′-diamine (TPD15). In this presentation, electron dispersive spectrometry (EDS) in scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has been performed and reported to analyze PR materials. |
