제목 Facile Fluorometric Detection and Bacteria Inhibition of Fluorescent Polymer
초록 The combining fluorescent and photothermal agents within a single platform to obtain cationic substituent for rapid and simple not only in aqueous but also in solid detection based fluorescence on/off was prepared. The distinct fluorescence quenching after interacted with Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria showed similar patterns for both detection phase assays. The fluorescence quenching (off) depends upon direct interaction of the chemical composition and structure of the bacterial cell envelopes proven using SEM image. For the first time the F-PVP coated PP present fluorescence off pattern when interact with E. coli and S. aureus proven by confocal and SEM images followed XPS spectra in PP surfaces. Thus, cationic combined polymer platform exhibit high potential material that can be able within a second to detect bacteria as well as litmus paper detecting pH.
