제목 The study on thermal analysis and thermodynamic characteristics of  spinel compounds(Zn1+xCo2-xO4 : x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2) by sol-gel method
초록 We synthesized spinel structure (Zn1+xCo2-xO4 : x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2) nanoparticles. The formation of spinel compound has been confirmed by thermogravimetry (TGA), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Infra-red spectrometer (IR). The particle size of 13~16 nm has been indicated by Scherrer`s formula. The sol–gel method provides a practicable and effective route for the synthesis the spinel compound at low temperature. The kinetic parameters such as activation energy (Ea) and pre-exponential factor(A) for each compound were found by means of the Kissinger method and were verified by the Ozawa–Flynn–Wall method. The thermodynamic parameters (ΔG#, ΔH# and ΔS#) for decomposition of spinel compound (Zn1+xCo2-xO4 : x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2) were determined.
