제목 Synthesis of Porous Carbons from Ferrocene-loaded Polyaniline for Increasing Elemental Mercury Removal
초록 In this study, a porous carbon made of polyaniline with different ferrocene loadings was prepared through carbonization. The ferrocene served as a pore-forming agent and a resource of iron nanoparticles. Scanning electron microscopy showed that iron nanoparticles were embedded in the carbon matrix or dispersed on the surface. N2 adsorption/desorption measurements showed that the textural properties and elemental mercury removal were increased with increasing ferrocene loadings. It could be resulted that the ferrocene addition was enhanced the elemental mercury removal due to increasing the textural properties of porous carbons.
