In korea, RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standards) focused on over 500 MW power generation is conducting and they are using the bio-energy to meet the RPS quota. The bio-heavy oil is as mixture of animal and vegetable fat or free fatty acid of them and should satisfy some specification to use the power generation such viscosity, pour point and acid number.
