제목 Catalytic conversions of CO2, CO, H2, and O2 for producing diureas, urethanes, isocyanates, and furanic compounds
초록 Small molecules such as H2, CO, CO2, and O2 are readily accessible and comparatively inexpensive. Hence it is highly desiarable to fix or convert them into value-added products, such as alicyclic amines or their corresponding urethanes, disubstituted ureas, isocyanates as an feedstock-replacement of using toxic phosgene, and oxidized furanic compounds as a potential replacement of terephthalic acid.

In this session, we present examples involving various active catalyst systems for generating hydrogenated and/or corresponding carbonylated compounds as well as biomass-derived furanic compounds through activation of those small molecules in terms of greener pathway toward sustainable chemistry environment.
