제목 Development of Anti-Adhesion Using Drug Eluting Visible-light Curable Hyaluronic Acid Derivatives
초록 Hyaluronic acid has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability, it has been widely applied not only treatment of moisturizer, skin ulcer, burn, and wound but also anti-adhesion agents. Furfuryl-Hyaluronic acid (F-HA) derivative was prepared for anti-adhesion. In this study, to sustain the biocompatibility of hyaluronic acid and increase the stationary time of the body, a physical film was formed by introducing a furfuryl group, which causes visible light reaction. F-HA introduced furfuryl group is photo-crosslinked with the photo-initiator. In order to evaluate the potential applicability of F-HA as an adhesion agent, it should be confirmed by cytotoxicity test, anti-adhesion test and cell penetration test. F-HA will be used as an anti-adhesion agent through in vivo test. In addition, these derivatives purpose to immobilize ibuprofen and develop anti-adhesion membranes that are capable of sustained drug release.
