제목 Characterization of Novel conjugated polymers based polyphenazine deriatives and C60 as OPVs
초록 The development of reusable energy to replace fossil fuels is one of the world's most important concerns. Among reusable energy, solar energy is an infinite source of energy and does not emit environmental pollutants. Organic solar cells have many advantages over conventional solar cells. The Phenazine derivative has the advantage of the existing quinoxaline derivatives, and the benzene ring is expanded one more to show a smoothness than the existing quinoxaline, which can be expected to improve charge mobility. These were created by using a linear alkyl chain (dodexyl) and a bulky alkyl chain (dexylhexyl) and compared each other. Difluorinated phenazine and thionyl substituted benzodithiophene were used for synthesizing a low band gap copolymer (PBDTT-DT-DoDFPz and PBDTT-DT-DHDFPz). As a result, PBDTT-DT-DHDFPz has power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 2.76% which is higher than PBDTT-DT-DoDFPZ’s power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 2.73%
