제목 Fluorescence Quenching of Graphene Oxide by Enzymatic Reaction for Optical Detection of Pesticides
초록 We demonstrated a graphene oxide (GO)-enzyme hybrid biosensor capable of recognizing paraoxon through the quenched fluorescence of GO. To this end, GO was functionalized with a dextran polymer, and followed by immobilization of an enzyme that can recognize paraoxon. The fluorescence response of the GO-enzyme hybrid to paraoxon was thoroughly investigated to understand the mechanism responsible for sensing. The GO-enzyme hybrid was able to sensitively, simply and rapidly detect paraoxon.
