제목 In situ-Rheological Study on the UV curing Behavior of the Aromatic Carbodiimide Containing Urethane Acrylate Group
초록 The UV curable urethane acrylate molecules containing aromatic carbodiimide was synthesized. It has specifically high refractive index (nD>1.60) and viscosity. Because it has high electron density, that is resonance structure of the aromatic carbodiimide group. Thus, rheological study was what a way to apply for industrial UV curing process and conduct basic research on UV curable property. In situ dynamical rheology used to characterize the fluidity and the UV curing behavior through composition with various reactive diluents. The photo initiated vinyl group reaction followed free radical mechanism and Gel point determined at the critical vinyl group conversion.
