Box-Behnken design was employed to optimize the concentration of enzyme (X1: 200-1000mg/g), the ratio of water to raw material (X2: 40-100) and the extraction time (X3: 40-200min) for polysaccharides extraction from two marine algaes. Cellulase was extracted polysaccharides from Gelidium amansii and Laminaria japonica Aresch. Experimental data were fitted by multiple regression analysis to a second-order polynomial equation and were statistically analyzed. Under the optimized conditions, experimental yields were 48.36% and 32.47%. The predicted model matched the experimental data well with coefficients of determination (R2) of 0.9864 and 0.9892, respectively. |
