제목 | Enhanced Injectable Cell Laden Heparin-Poloxamer/Gellan Gum Hydrogels |
초록 | Gellan Gum(GG) has the advantage of being injectable but gelation temperature of the GG is too high (about 42 ℃) which cells suffer from harsh condition. Herein, heparin-poloxamer (HP) which is a thermo-sensitive polymer was used to lower GG gelation temperature and provide better microenvironment for cells. FTIR, SEM, compressive strength, rheological characterization, swelling ratio and degradation was evaluated to characterize the hydrogels. Also live/dead and cell viability was measured to identify enhanced hydrogel microenvironment. The result showed enhanced tunable mechanical properties of hydrogels, and lower gelation temperature of GG (about 37 ℃) provided appropriate environment for cell encapsulation. Also higher stem cell marker was expressed in HP/GG hydrogels.
