Synthesis and characterization ofPoly(p-phenylenevinylene) (PPVs) containing sulfone group in the polymer chain. |
초록 |
Poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPVs) is the useful polymer material for polymer light emitting diodes (PLEDs). Studies on the PPVs containing sulfone group on the main chain have been reported. The yellow light of the PPVs was shifted to the blue color when sulfone group was incorporated into the PPVs structure. They synthesized the PPVs containing sulfone group from Wittig polymerization. In this study, this polymer was easily synthesized by using the Gilch polymerization method to improve its yield and purity. The structure of this polymer was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and the thermal analyze was performed by DSC and TGA. The optical properties of this polymer was analyzed by UV-visible and Flourescence spectrophotometer. Also, the double layer OLED device was fabricated through the spin coating processing for current-voltage-luminescence (I-V-L) characteristics. |
