제목 Surface Properties of Polycarbonate Film by Plasma Surface Treatment
초록 Plasma treatments are used to alter the surface properties of a wide range of materials to make them easier to bond, glue and paint. By treating parts we both clean and activate the surface, improving their adhesion characteristics. In this study, PC (Polycarbonate) is treated with plasma surface treatment, and physical properties and surface properties are considered. PC has excellent mechanical properties, but due to its low surface energy, it is difficult to bond with various types of materials, making it difficult to use them for various purposes. In this study, physical surface treatment was performed for automobile manufacturing using PC and adhesion characteristics were evaluated When plasma was treated on PC films, there was no significant change in mechanical property and thermal properties.
