Cellular Uptake Mechanism of Hydrophobically Modified Glycol Chitosan Nanoparticles. |
초록 |
Hydrophobically modified glycol chitosan (HGC) nanoparticles are used to drug delivery system, molecular imaging, and so on. To investigate uptake mechanism of HGC nanoparticles, we experiment on H2B-GFP stable HeLa cell line with HGC nanoparticles. We confirmed the characteristics of HGC nanoparticles, and studied its intracellular uptake pattern according to dose and time series. The cellular uptake mechanism of HGC nanoparticles were studied using by cellular uptake inhibitors as a chloropromazine, filipin III, and amilorid. Finally, We observed the cellular images using by confocal laser scanning microscopy. |
