제목 Development of cortisol detecting biosensor by aptamer based sandwitch assay
초록 Cortisol, the representative stress hormone, can be detected in high sensitivity on glass and polymer surface with sandwiched assay method using aptamer and antibody functionalized gold nanoparticle (Au NPs). Cortisol specific aptamer, which is 40-mer, was immobilized on glass and polymer surface at first. Then, cortisol sample was applied to be specifically bound to the aptamer. After that, cortisol monoclonal antibody (c-Mab) or aptamer conjugated 5 nm Au NPs were applied to evoke UV-Vis spectral absorption. Through the sandwiched binding of Au NPs, quantitative analysis has been pursued to find a limit of detection (LOD) for the cortisol detection.
