제목 Patterning of Gold Nanoparticles on γ-APS Printed Polyimide Substrate via Layer-by-Layer Deposition
초록 Gold nanoparticles are utilized to make patterns on the plasma treated polyimide substrate via micro-contact printing of γ-APS, followed by layer-by-layer deposition of Au nanoparticles and sintering. First, polyimide film on silicone wafer is subjected to water plasma etching to introduce hydroxyl groups to form covalent bonds with γ-APS which is patterned on the polyimide film via microcontact printing with PDMS stamp. Next, the samples are immersed alternatively into negatively charged gold nanoparticle and positively charged poly(ethyleneimine) solutions for multilayer formation of Au nanoparticles. After low temperature sintering, gold patterns are characterized by optical microscope and AFM, while conductivity is measured by 2-point probe.
