Ultrahigh Electrical and Thermally Conductive Self-Aligned Graphene/Polymer Composite Using Large Area Graphene Oxide |
초록 |
Graphene-reinforced polymer composites that contain ultrahigh electrical and thermal conductivities with preferred orientation have attracted tremendous interest because of their promising applications in modern electronics and electronic industry. In this work, first time we fabricated a facile and scalable route for self-aligned and highly conductive reduced graphene oxide/poly (vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene) (rGO/PVDF-HFP) composite films through casting and low temperature in situ chemical reduction process. The resulted large area rLGO/PVDF-HFP composite film revealed excellent electrical conductivity of ~ 3000 S/m (~ 10-14 S/m for neat polymer) and ultrahigh in-plane thermal conductivity of ~ 19.5 W/mK (~ 0.22 W/mK for neat polymer), values higher to those of conventional reduced small area rSGO/PVDF-HFP composite at rGO loading of 22.95 vol%. |
