Enhanced thermoelectric properties of new p-type polymers with planar side chain by solution doping. |
초록 |
Organic thermoelectrics have attracted considerable research interest because of mechanical flexibility, low-cost, solution processability at room temperature, etc. Here, we synthesized new p-type polymer with planar side-chains and the sulfur–sulfur (S–S) interactions extending planarity with strong interchain packing, which is confirmed by density functional calculations and morphological studies, i.e. grazing incidence X-ray scattering measurement. By introducing planar side chain, we can expect enhanced charge transport resulting better thermoelectrical performance compared to normal alkyl side chain. The electrical and morphological characteristics of the doped thin films were investigated by 2 and 4 point probe methods and atomic force microscopy. |
