Development of high efficiency Green OLED by bulky side group |
초록 |
High efficiency green fluorescent organic light emitting diodes(OLED) was developed by suppressing dexter energy transfer to the green fluorescent dopant. Green thermally activated delayed fluorescent(TADF) materials was adopted in the emitting layer as a assistant dopant with high triplet host and green fluorescent dopant. Bulky tertiary butyl group of TADF assistant dopant and fluorescent dopant could reduce molecular orbital overlap between them and device showed improved efficiency. |
