제목 Fabrication of three types of remote phosphor via screen printing process and their optical properties
초록 Recently, white LED, especially, warm white LED have been intensively investigated due to their outstanding optical properties, long term stability and low power consumption. In this study, we fabricated mixed type, multi-layer type, and patterned type remote phosphors via screen printing process employing green phosphor, red phosphor and thermally stable glass frit. Each type of remote phosphor exhibited distinctive optical properties. For example, small amount of red phosphor dramatically reduced the green emission in case of mixed type remote phosphor, but it affected negligible effect in patterned type remote phosphor. We evaluated correlated color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (CRI) and luminescence efficiency of the resultant color conversion lens. Furthermore, thermal stability of the remote phosphors was further investigated at 500 oC.
