제목 Robust Drug Carrier Based on Hyaluronic Acid Nanoparticles with High Biostability and Tumor Targetability
초록 Self-assembled polymeric nanoparticles have emerged as promising vehicle for the delivery of imaging and therapeutic agents. As these polymeric nanoparticles are in the physically self-assembled state, they suffer from poor in vivo stability in the diluted condition after intravenous injection. Therefore, considerable amount of drugs may be released before reaching their target site, causing severe toxicity. In the present study, an attempt has been made to improve the stability of the hyaluronic acid (HA)-based nanoparticles through a facile crosslinking method. The physicochemical characteristics and stability of the HA nanoparticles were investigated in detail using various analytical techniques.
