제목 PTAW를 이용한 Fe계 경면처리합금의 주철재금형에 대한 용접성 및 마모성평가
초록 Surface engineering is a topic of great relevance on today’s engineering. The present work is focused on coatings of a new Fe-base wear resistant alloy, which has been expected to the substitute for Stellite6, deposited by PTA welding on FC300 gray cast iron substrate without Ni buttering. Plasma transferred arc (PTA) welding represents a very good alternative to other surface welding processes, such as conventional techniques or more recent ones such as GTAW or laser cladding. Samples were performed the sliding wear tests in air. The contect stress was 103MPa(15Ksi). The resultant deposits were subsequently characterized, using x-ray diffraction, optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and Rockwellhardness.
