제목 Simultaneous Enhancement of Photocurrent and Fill Factor in PbS based Quantum Dots Solar Cells
초록 Colloidal Quantum Dot (CQD) have emerged as a promising photoactive material due to low production cost and solution processability. Their relatively low molar absorbability, however, requires thick active layer to absorb sufficient amount of light. The performance of CQD based solar cells was optimized when the approximately several hundred nanometer thick active layer was used. Significant charge recombination in the CQD active layers hampered further increase of the thickness. In this work, we manipulated the thickness of CQD active layer in order to compromise the light absorption and recombination dilemma. In the optimized condition, the CQD solar cells with power conversion efficiency of 5.8% was achievable.
