제목 Zn-doped MgO for thermodynamical heat energy storage
초록 Nowadays, nuclear energy is being rejected, so much research on alternative energy is needed. Such alternatives include sunlight, energy storage using hydrogen or ammonium, and water decomposition. But such methods are very dangerous and harmful to the human body. We are studying the MgO / Mg(OH)2 system as a way to store thermal energy using hydration dehydration In this study, the thermal conductivity of MgO is controlled to improve the surface reaction efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency, microbeams were fabricated on the surface of Zn(x) Mg(1-x)O pellet Mg by beam irradiation. ZnO increases the amount of thermal energy accumulated on the surface during the thermal storage reaction, so that the thermal energy required for the reaction can be collected quickly.
