제목 | Transparent electrode of carbon nanotube and SnOx composites |
초록 | Transparent electrode is very important in the display and solar cell technologies. We will introduce to synthesize transparent carbon nanotube and SnOx composites. The Sn metal was deposited on the glass substrate by sputter. The thickness of Sn metal layer was fixed at 100 nm. The single wall carbon nanotubes were attached on the Sn metal layer by moderated arc discharge methods. The single wall carbon nanotubes and Sn metal layers were heat treated at the nitrogen gas ambient and agglomerated. And than they were oxidized at air ambient and formed single wall carbon nanotube and SnOx composite. Transparent was achieved by oxidation process. The morphology of carbon nanotube and SnOx became rod shaped and agglomerated each other. The electrical conductivity has been increased with single wall carbon nanotubes. And transmittance of carbon nanotubes and SnOx composites was also characterized.
