제목 Preparation of targeted nanoparticles using PCL-PEG-PCL copolymer
초록 Biodegradable poly(ε-caprolactone)poly(ethylene glycol)poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCLPEGPCL, PCEC) copolymer nanoparticles showed potential application in drug delivery systems. In this experiment, PCEC nanoparticles were successfully conjugated with herceptin for targeting delivery of imaging agent. Herceptin is an inmminuglobin antibody which target Her-2 receptors. At the same time it acts as a therapeutic agent for cancer therapy. Poly(ε-caprolactone)/poly(ethylene glycol) (PCL/PEG) copolymers are biodegradable, biocompatible, and amphiphilic, which makes PCL/PEG nanoparticles good candidates for an advanced drug delivery system. The prepared harceptin conjugated PCLPEGPCL nanoparticles are mono-dispersed and smaller than 150 nm. Semiconductor quantum dots could be efficiently loaded into PCEC nanoparticles to diagnosis the cancer cell in vivo. The QDs encapsulated targeted PCEC micelles could be used for targeted delivery and non-invasive imagine.
