Polyketone is a promising material having outstanding properties such as chemical resistance, heat resistance and mechanical intensity. In this study, polyketone heterogeneous anion exchange membranes were prepared by blending anion-exchange particles and linear polyketone. Resorcinol was used as solvent and polyketone was used as binder. Anion exchange resin was ground and sieved to obtain small particles. The particles and polyketone were mized in various ratios and cast. Water uptake, electrical resistance, ion exchange capacity etc. were measured to characterize the properties of the membrane. |
