Preparation of heterogeneous sulfonated poly(phenylene oxide) cation exchange membranes with low electrical resistance |
| 초록 |
Heterogeneous cation exchange membranes were prepared by casting method. The cation exchange resins were pulverized and the average particle size of the cation exchange resins were under 10μm. After pulverized, resins were blended with SPPO(Sulfonated polyphenylene oxide). The morphology of the SPPO heterogeneous membranes were investigated by optical spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results revealed that the concentration of resin particles in the membrane affects IEC, water uptake and electrical resistance of the heterogeneous membrane. |
