제목 A good NO2 gas detection system constructed by a p - ZnTe/n- ZnO nanorods heterostructure
초록 In this work, we reported a simple approach for synthesis a p-ZnTe/n-ZnO heterojunctions nanorods by double simple hydrothermal methods. Samples were studied by X-ray diffraction, and transmission microscopy which confirms the formation of hetero-nanostructure of ZnTe/ZnO was good crystalline.The ratio of ZnO and tellurium were well modulated by adjusting the amounts of tellurium in hydrothermal experiments, which offers a good sensor property for NO2 gas sensors. reduced the optimum temperature of NO2 gas sensing from over 200oC to 150oC. While the structure revealed superior sensing performance of good repeatability, stability, linearity, and gas selectivity at 150oC, the mechanism for the p-n junctions functions is analyzed for further information.
