제목 | Chemical looping of oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethylene over bimetallic catalysts |
초록 | Ethylene is one of the most important feedstocks in the chemical industry, and its common production, direct reaction by non-oxidative dehydrogenation needs high temperature and produces undesired products. Applying chemical looping system at ODH reaction with mild oxidant CO2 seems to alleviate existing problems. FeMTiOx (M= Ni, Sn, Co, Mn, Ce) catalysts were synthesized by solid-solution method. It showed 20% ethane conversion and 80% ethylene selectivity. From successive CO2 activation step, 0.130mmol/gcat was produced. Surface and structural properties of redox catalysts were characterized by N2-sorption, H2-TPR, O2-TPO, CO2-TPD, NH3-TPD, X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and so on.
