제목 Investigation of the conductive agent distribution along the depth of electrodes using fast Raman imaging
초록 A recently developed Raman spectroscopy system has been successfully utilized to investigate the distribution of conductive agent within slurry coatings of the battery electrode as a function of depth. This system which equips piezo-stage scanner of high accuracy, EMCCD detector of high sensitivity, and high throughput optical system allows fast Raman imaging with high spatial resolution down to 200 nm. The capability of ‘fast scan’ which enables the short acquisition time of only 3 ms to get a full spectrum at each data point is a huge advantage especially for the 2/3D scanning of the area of a big dimension. Therefore, it is useful to apply this high-end technique to study the distribution of conductive agent over the relatively large cross-sectioned surface for high-throughput analysis. In this study, the trend of conductive agent distribution has been investigated with respect to the change in variable factors during manufacturing process of electrodes.
