제목 Colloidal Synthesis of AlOH Nanoparticles for Flexible, Transparent, Luminescent Polymer Nanocomposite Films
초록  Luminescent inorganic phosphors are widely used as wavelength converting materials for many emerging applications including displays, solar cells, and bioimaging. In this study, we demonstrate size-controlled synthesis of luminescent AlOH nanocrystals and the fabrication of transparent luminescent nanocomposite films. As-synthesized AlOH nanocrystals exhibits superior colloidal stability in non-polar solvents while exhibiting excellent photoluminescent property. The structure characterization is performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), and Fourier-Transform Infrared spectrometer (FT-IR). Highly dispersible colloidal AlOH nanocrystals forms stable mixtures with ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) polymers in the toluene. We fabricate the AlOH/EVA copolymer films and the optical and photoluminescent properties of AlOH/EVA films are tailored with varying the amount of loadings of luminescent AlOH in EVA composite films.
