제목 The Effect of HfO2 and Al2O3 on Yittira Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal Block
초록 Yittria Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal blocks were prepared with adding Hafnium dioxide and Aluminium oxide. The mixed powders with different contents were homogenized by ball milling. After drying, the mixed powders were crushed and passed through 100mesh sieve. Pallet and bar compacts were prepared by die pressing under 20MPa, and the Cold Isostatic Pressing under 200MPa. The compacts were sintered in air at 1400 and 1500℃ for 1hr. The sintered bulk density was measured by water immersion method and crystalline phases present were identified by XRD. Surfaces of sintered specimen were examined using SEM. Four point bend strength and compressive strength were measured using Universal Testing Machine. The facture toughness and hardness were evaluated by the indentation technique.
