제목 New host and dopant materials for blue phosphorescence device
초록 We synthesized new blue emitting materials as host and dopant for blue phosphorescence device. The synthesized host and dopant was used and doping device was fabricated with following structure : ITO / HTL  (x nm) / w-Host: 10wt% w-Dopant (40 nm) / ETL (y nm) / LiF (1 nm)/ Al (100 nm). Here, the thickness of each HTL and ETL was altered for optimization. Among the five fabricated devices, D3 (x=60nm, y=20nm) showed the hightest efficiencies with current efficiency of 12.6 cd/A, power efficiency of 8.27 lm/W and C.I.E of (0.17, 0.29) at 10 mA/cm2.
