Comparison of different mechanical fibrillation methods of HCW-treated bamboo fiber on enzymatic saccharification |
초록 |
Hot-compressed water treatment at 130-200℃ with pressures (about 1 MPa) followed by mechanical pulverization of bamboo fiber was conducted and thus-obtained residue was further enzymatically saccharified for bioethanol production. Most of hemicellulose was successfully hydrolysed into mono-saccharides and some amount of cellulose was also converted into cellobiose and glucose by hydrothermal treatment. Maximum xylose content was obtained at 180℃. Residual glucose and xylose in water-insoluble residue after hot-compressed water treatment were also recovered by enzymatic saccharification. Enzymatic saccharification was also successful to hydrolyse residual cellulose, showing nearly complete glucose conversion yield in the residue obtained at 200℃. 본 연구는 산림청 ‘산림과학기술개발사업(과제번호 : S211313L010110)’의 지원에 의하여 이루어진 것임. |
