More recently, as the interest in health is rapidly increasing, interest in natural products that have some therapeutic effect also tends to increase. Study on extraction of natural compounds are subsequently continued, several methods for efficient extraction is proposed. There are many extraction process like hot water extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction. In this study, we did extraction experiment the lemon grass which has the anti-oxidant efficacy by applying a microwave extraction method. Ultimately, we try to quantify the extracted amount by the micro extraction method. |
