제목 Preparation of alginate/nano-hydroxyapatite microsphere for bone tissue regeneration
초록 We designed alginate/nano-hydroxyapatite hybrid microsphere for bone tissue regeneration. First, we prepared alginate/nano-hydroxyapatite bead with micro scale and then post-treated. The size of sintered microsphere was easily regulated by alginate/nano-hydroxyapatite combination ratio. The morphology and structural composition of microsphere was investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) and mercury porosimetry analysis. In addition, we investigated bone inductive protein loading capability and release behavior from the microsphere sustainedly. We also demonstrated osteoblast adhesion, proliferation and differentiation due to released osteogenic inductive protein from the microsphere. This microsphere might be utilized for bone substitute materials and bone tissue engineering approaches.
