제목 Purification of phenolic compounds from Laminaria japonica Aresch using two different methods
초록 Two different solid-phase extraction (SPE) materials: ionic liquids-based silica and hybrid monolithic cartridge were prepared, respectively. A new approach for purification of two phenolic compounds from Laminaria japonica Aresch was developed. The SPE-HPLC method with a C18 column was used for further test of these two materials. The mobile phase is acetonitrile-water system with UV detection at 275 nm. Under the optimized condition, a good linear relationship was demonstrated, and the recoveries were investigated. The results indicated these two materials were both ideal sorbents for SPE, and the developed method exhibited a high sensitivity, and it could be used for the extraction of drugs from natural plants.
