제목 Surface chemical reduction of graphene oxide
초록 Graphene, sheets of sp2 bonded carbon atoms, has remarkable physical, mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties. We fabricated electrical conductive, transparent, and gas barrier films based on reduced graphene oxide (RGO). Graphene Oxide (GO) solution was prepared from flake graphite by modified Hummers method and casted on the pure PET film. The surface of the GO film was chemically reduced by hydrazine monohydrate. The surface chemical reduction kinetics was investigated by varying reduction time, temperature and concentration of reductant. When the GO film is highly reduced, the electrical conductivity is 2.0ⅹ103 S/m with light transmittance of 67 % at 550 nm. We also demonstrated that the oxygen permeability of GO film depends on the C/O atomic ratio.
