In this work, we have prepared that targeting ligand conjugated microgel containing magnetic particles for active targeting. Hydrogel core of sub-micrometer size containing magnetic particles was prepared by precipitation polymerization method. To conjugate target specific ligands, hydrogel core further copolymerized with amine-functionalize monomer as a shell part. |
