In this study, we prepared fluorine substituted polysiloxanes. A series of fluorine substituted polysiloxane were synthesized by hydrosilylation reaction using polymethylsiloxane (PMHS), 2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl acrylate (F-acrylate) and platuinum(0)-divinyl tetramethyldisiloxane as a catalyst. 1-hexene was also used to prevent the intermolecular cross-linking. The polymers were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra. After spin-coating, we found that surface property of fluorine substituted polysiloxane was controlled by pendent moiety of fluorine. Which could be changed the feed ratio between F-acrylate and PMHS. |
