제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Hyperbranched Polymers with Core Functional Groups
초록 Unimolecular micelles constructed from the hyperbranched polymeric core have high application potential in many areas such as separation and delivery, due to their high stability and diverse functionalities. In this presentation, amphiphilic hyperbranched polymers with hydrophilic core and hydrophobic shell were prepared by polycondensation of monomers containing carboxylic acid groups, followed by end-modification with dodecyl phenol. Synthesis of model compounds that correspond to the dendritic, linear and terminal units of the polymer enabled the detailed characterization of the polymer architecture. Detailed synthesis and application of the polymers and their encapsulation behaviors will be presented.
