Dielectric properties of 2-D nanocomposites based on exfoliated muscovite and poly(vinylidene fluoride) |
초록 |
Clay-polymer nanocomposites have attracted great interest because of their enhanced electrical properties. In this study layered silicates muscovite and poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) nanocomposites were prepared in solution. Natural muscovite combined with very strong interlayer force was exfoliated by nano-sheets using amphiphilic polymer PVDF. To verify presence of muscovite nano-sheets, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FeSEM) and Atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used and to figure out degree of exfoliation UV-Vis-NIR Spectroscopy was used. To confirm the polar phase formation of PVDF, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) were used. Dielectric properties of the nanocomposites were measured in a wide range of frequency and temperature. |
