Atopic dermatitis has become a serious problem in the world. whereupon we prepared a useful composition in atopic dermatitis. In this study, the inhibiting effect of an antimicrobial moisturizing cream and mist, containing water-soluble chitosan and natural extract was investigated on the development of atopic dermatitis (AD) in NC/Nga mice. This composition treatment resulted in the suppressing effects of AD-like lesions; immune cells in blood, immunoglobulin E (IgE) level, infiltration of mast cells, macroscopic observation by tissue-section. |
