제목 Synthesis of Indium Selenide nanoparticles by hot-injection methods for thermoelectric materials
초록 Indium selenide is one of promising semiconducting materials because of its photovoltaic and thermoelectric properties. It exists in different stoichiometries, such as InSe, In6Se7, In2Se3, In4Se3 and so on. Moreover each of them exists in few different phases with different structural and optical properties. Therefore single crystal growth has recently been attracted an attention. In this study, Indium Selenide nanoparticles are synthesized using hot-injection methods, where precursors surrounded by high temperature surfactants react each other in organic solution. Crystal structure would be controlled by chemical composition of precursors and their stoichiometries. Effect of reaction temperature and time on the structure will also be presented.
