제목 Selective Dispersion of Semiconducting Carbon Nanotubes Using Conjugated Polymers for Flexible Thin Film Transistors.
초록 Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) have attracted attention as a promising material for flexible electronics, due to not only their mechanical flexibility, excellent charge carrier mobility but also transparency, and solution processability. However, the mixtures of raw SWCNTs contain metallic and semiconducting components. Because synthetic methods cannot control the chirality of SWCNTs, the seperating process is needed to obtain the high purity of semiconducting SWCNTs. Among these processes, the selective dispersion of SWCNTs by wrapping conjugated polymers is an easy and scalable technique for the enrichment of semiconducting SWCNTs. Here, I report a process for selective dispersion of semiconducting SWCNTs by indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole (C16IDT-BT) and a fabrication of thin film transistors with the pure, semiconducting SWCNTs solution.
