제목 Hydrolysis of inorganic polymers into silicate glass under base conditions
초록 Herein, two types of inorganic polymers were utilized to make the silicate glass coatings with different wettability under various base conditions. Allylhydridopolycarbosilane (AHPCS) and polyvinylsilazane (PVSZ) were spin-coated on Si substrate and consolidated by photo- and thermal-curing and subjected for hydrolytic conversion into the silicate glass. The value of contact anlge depends on the hydrolysis conditions with stronger alkali concentration and hydrolysis time. Furthermore, the silicated glass has the excellent optical transparecy and chemical stability which enable the developement of various surface applications.
